My story
From Babylon to the Beltline
Ben Toma’s career began in Babylon, where he owned his own restaurant serving Mediterranean food. After moving to Canada he spent years cooking Canadian, Italian, Greek and Mediterranean dishes, and after more than 25 years in kitchens he opened a café with “a little bit of everything for all walks of life.”
